The Donnelly family lived in the home at least ot the death of Thomas, Sr. in 1952. The Reiss family moved into the home, and sold it upon the death of Sally Reiss in 1969 for $26,000, although they sold it to a relative. That relative sold the home in 1977 to the Coopers. The lived in the house until 1997, when they sold the home for a total of $265,000, with the home going to a new family, and the lot beside it being subdivided for building 160 Bewley Road. A pool was built on the property sometime between 2008 and 2010.
